It is a kind of oxidizing bactericide. Its bactericidal mechanism is similar to liquid chlorine. Sodium hypochlorite solution is generally used in industrial circulating water; it is mainly used for bleaching pulp, textile chemical fiber and starch; for treating cyanide containing wastewater; it is a strong oxidant; it is used for water purification, disinfectant and pulp bleaching. It is used to make chloramine in pharmaceutical industry.
4、 Storage and transportation:
Sodium hypochlorite should be stored in a cool and ventilated warehouse. It should be stored separately from alkali. Remember to store it in a mixed way. It should be far away from fire, heat source and the temperature should not exceed 30 ℃. The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and appropriate materials. During transportation, the container shall not leak, collapse, fall and damage. Do not mix with alkali and edible chemicals.
